2. Have completed in the College at least 75% of the total number of the academic
units or hours required for graduation.

3. Have no final grade lower than 2.0.
4. Have no marks of “Dropped”, “Incomplete”, or “Failed” including NSTP.

5. Have not repeated a subject in other educational institution.

I. Other Awards / Non-Academic Awards

Medals are awarded to deserving graduates who have no failing grades in academic

and non-academic subjects, who are not found guilty of any major or minor offense,

and who satisfy the requirements given below.

B. Academic Excellence
i. A Grade Point Average (GPA) of at least 1.75.

ii. No grade below 2.0 in any academic subjects

C. Excellence in Practice Teaching

1. Outstanding performance in:
a. Teaching Strategy Courses

b. Observation and Participation
c. In and Off Campus Practice Teaching

2. No failing grade in any academic and non-academic subjects

D. Proficiency Award - A Grade Point Average (GPA) of at least 1.75 with No grade

below 2.0 in any major subjects

E. Loyalty Award - Enrolled in JHCSC since 1 year high school up to the 4 year
college without having transferred to another school even for a semester.

F. Leadership Award - Active leadership in any student organization inside and
outside the institution (supporting documents required) with no failing grade in any

academic and non-academic subjects

G. Athletic Award - outstanding Performance in Athletic Competitions and

represented the college to athletic competitions in national and provincial level
