Managing Director
Overview
“Another year and another successful
story. All regions have delivered their
targeted turnover with our valued clients.
Turnover has remained constant for the
Blackpool and Manchester regions, whilst
the York region has seen a record increase
being achieved.
Our project at Maggie’s has continued to
win awards in 2018, taking it to a total of
18 awards received for the scheme.
Frameworks have continued to deliver workload in all regions and
new frameworks have been secured, including:-
› Construction Impact Framework (CIF)
› Merseyside Police Minor Works Framework
› North East Procurement Organisation (NEPO)
› Pagabo National Framework for Medium Works
We have also maintained an excellent health and safety record
and have introduced a new safety audit system.
During 2018, a new quality audit was trialled, and this will be fully
implemented in 2019 across the business.
2018 also saw us start on site with new clients such as the Contact
Theatre, MAHDLO Youth Zone and Stepping Hill Hospital.
Due to the commitment from all employees and supply chain,
2018 has delivered the company’s forecast turnover and margin,
and I would like to thank everyone for this achievement.
In 2019, we look forward to working with both new and existing
clients in new geographical locations to broaden the company’s
client base, as well as achieving key business objectives such as
retaining Investor in People Gold.
Best Wishes,
Ray Eyre
