Day of the show, I checked the website and the show started at 7:00 p.m. I got to will-call at 7:00 p.m.
and the gates were still not open. However, the gates opened shortly after, and I was told the show
would start at 8:00 p.m. By 9:15 p.m. there still was no band! I thought to myself, “What the heck, Axl
Rose…I mean…Jorge Hernández and company!” I did manage to entertain myself by passing the time
with the Hispanic crowd around me, while people were drinking and dancing to the music over the P.A.
