many that he is a noted activist. Rudd was
very forthcoming about what he considers
sacred from ancestors to the environment.

But speaking of his beliefs didn’t detract from
the show. It added to the experience he
described as the “ceremony of music.” His
unique story-telling was not like a lecture, but
instead, uplifting sermon. Combined with the
rich sounds of the band’s music, it was easy to
get drawn into the spiritual experience Rudd
was trying to share.
