TB: You have done public speaking engagements focusing on healing
trauma and mental illness. What led you to get involved with this
cause?
AE: Yes! I absolutely love doing public speaking engagements! I have a
great passion for trauma and mental health. My name means resurrection
and I feel like I was destined for a life of personal deaths and resurrections.
I am the expert of having terrible things happen and learning how to turn
them into the gold that makes me unique. After my plane crash in 2013 on
my way to finish writing ‘Crash Landing,’ my self-discovery and healing
journey began. I have learned so much, met so many amazing people, and
healed parts of myself through art and self-expression and I wanted to give
back the lessons I have learned to others and hope that my stories inspire
them to take their healing into their own hands. I love seeing the impact that
sharing your heart can make on others and I strive to do that in every
situation I can place myself in.
TB: What can your fans look forward to from Anastasia Elliot in the
remainder of 2022?
AE: SO MUCH MUSIC. SO MANY VIDEOS! Lots of live shows, new merch,
and the continued unfolding of ‘La Petite Mort.’ The adventures are just
beginning.
