BALRAMPUR CHINI MILLS LIMITED

In terms of Section 125 of the Act, read with rules made thereunder, the Company is required to transfer the unpaid dividend amounts which
remained unclaimed for 7 years from the date of transfer of such amounts to Unpaid Dividend A/C to Investor Education and Protection Fund.
During the financial year ended 31st March, 2020 no Unpaid Dividend was due for transfer into the Investor Education and Protection Fund.
