"Slaughterhouse Coffee is a small independent, specialty
coffee shop based in Cromarty, in the Highlands of Scotland

serving Vandyke Brothers Specialty Coffee, an independent
roaster located just next door. The Slaughterhouse was
recently taken over by myself, Laura, in the midst of the
COVID-19 pandemic last summer. Despite the challenges, I’ve
felt incredibly lucky to have remained open since taking over,
working in a takeaway style and hugely supported by the local

"Bear Cornwall is a specialty coffee business
operating from a restored 1969 Citroen HY Van. We
are located every day at English Heritages St Mawes
Castle Upper Car Park, overlooking the Carrick Roads
and Falmouth Bay. We serve locally roasted Olfactory
coffee with organic Trink milk from St Ives along with
cakes, sausage rolls, Portuguese custard tarts, snacks
and cold drinks. Now in our third year we’ve built a
strong following from locals and the numerous
