At this time of the year, we like
to see what creative operators
are doing with their festive and
winter hot drink menus.
Often this is a great chance to grab
market share from the festive
shoppers, plus with clever
marketing can drive up the spend
per heads whilst increasing
margins.
Despite the cost-of-living crisis, hot
drinks remain for many an
affordable treat which is
entrenched with a ‘day at the
shops’.

GOING Greggs have gone minty this year with their Mint Mocha and

Mint Hot Chocolate plus their Salted Caramel lattes. You can
enjoy any of these drinks to accompany your pigs under
blankets baguette of course!
This year, Starbucks has launched three festive cups, including
