Martha recalls saying to her husband, "I do NOTwant to live in a big hole!". So, Wilhelm decided to also buy an El Rancho property, as a temporary home!
Once the Los Molinos villa was finished, they loved the great views and the relaxed nature of the location. So much so, that subsequently it was where they spent half their year, and which has many fond memories.
A typical week was playing golf,
meeting friends, going to the pitch and
putt, all invariably followed by lunch in
Bellaluz Square. We are sure that the
secret to Martha's youthful good looks
hasbeen staying in La Manga forprolonged periods!
As Martha got a little older bowls took over from golf in her sporting life. So much so, much to everyone's delight, at the young age of 93 Martha won the

She is, of course, best known in Los Molinos for being a regular user of itsexcellent pool bar and resttaurant and also as a regular attendee at the community's OwnersWeek.
