        In addition to the accounts listed on page 23, First Mid also offers the following
        savings options.


        Prime First - Retail, Business and Public

        While the stock market is full of ups and downs, our Prime First account is a safe and secure way to
        invest. Also, Prime First adjusts to market conditions and rewards you for higher balances, while
        ensuring a minimum level of return on your investment—making it a great financial tool!


        •  $15,000 minimum opening deposit     Excess Withdrawal Fee:
        •  $10 maintenance fee if balance falls below $15,000   •  $5.00 will be charged for each

        Individual Retirement Accounts

        First Mid offers IRAs with a variety of terms to suit your planning needs — from Traditional and
        Roth IRAs to Variable Rates. IRAs require a minimum opening deposit of $500.  Need some assis-

        Certificates of Deposit

        Our Certificates of Deposit pay competitive rates with flexible terms that meet almost everyone’s
        investment needs. Whether you are interested in short-, mid- or long-term savings and investment,
        First Mid will help you achieve your financial goals.
        •  $1,000 minimum opening deposit
        •  Maturity terms from three months to five years
        •   You may add up to $50,000 in additional funds throughout the term of the CD.
