Worship With The President
On Sunday, March 17, Sorors worshipped with Soror President Brown at Ebenezer Mis-
sionary Baptist Church. The service was filled with spirited singing, praise, and a powerful
message from Rev. Harlan F. Cummings. The message of the day was, “There is Power in
Prayer” from James 5:16-18. A collection was also donated for the Church to use to sup-
port its ministry. After service, Sorors brunched with the President at First Watch.
Chapter Activities
On March 1, Sorors were asked to take a picture with a Soror and post it on social media.
On March 9, Sorors were asked to “Paint the Town Red” by wearing Delta Paraphernalia
throughout the day.
On March 20-21, Sorors from across the State joined MAC at the 2019 Alabama Delta
Days at the Capitol.
On March 23, Sorors participated in the Delta Internal Development workshop, “Roles and
Responsibilities.”
On March 29-31, Chapter members culminated Sisterhood Month by attending the Ala-
bama State Cluster in Huntsville, AL.
