INITIATIVE REFERENDUM AND RECALL

Section 1 Initiative Referendum and Recall

Initiative referendum may be had by petition of any three Locals, under rules provided by the
Executive Committee.

ARTICLE 10

AMENDMENTS

Section 1 Amendments

The Constitution shall not be amended except by two-thirds of the delegates present at any
state Convention, or by a majority vote of a referendum of the entire membership.
