Key BETA Activity: Providing Feedback
The BETA Test is a learning experience and we are putting our migration
process to the test. Everything you do with the system is of interest to us.
As a member of the hotel team we ask that you provide feedback to the Hotel
Advocate, your testing leader or training leader as appropriate or other
designated contact.
You have a key role in how the GRS works on-the-ground. Providing honest
and thoughtful feedback, observations and opportunities is part of the BETA
Test.
We appreciate your work and respect your time – we will schedule formal
feedback sessions only if needed. We prefer that feedback be an ongoing
conversation.
Types of Feedback:
Formal testing issues
Training needs and areas of opportunity
Migration process opportunities and preparedness
Overall impressions of the GRS
