Status Reporting

What type of status reporting will be done?

IHG will be providing a thorough status report to internal program leaders as
well as an overall status for the hotel’s owner and GM.

What will be included in the status report?

Information on progress on workflows, statistics on data processed,
reservations, feedback on training, testing, system etc.

Do I need to collect data about what I do?

We will ask you as part of testing to keep track of the workflows and tasks
on the testing checklist (provided later). This information will be used by the
IHG Testing leaders to create their status report.

reporting – we are interested in both
the good and the not so good.
