Soror Tamara Holloway-Pate




                                               Soror Tamara H. Pate is native Memphian. She graduated from Bolton
                                               High School, attending Fisk University and receiving a Bachelor of
                                               Science Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in
                                               Financial Economics and a minor in Mass Communications. She became
                                               of the illustrious Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® in Fisk
                                               University’s Pi Chapter.  Soror Pate truly enjoyed her undergraduate
                                               chapter but loves being back home in Memphis and becoming an active
                                               member. She’s also active in her home church, full time. She is the
                                               Communications Manager of Breath of Life Christian Center. Balancing
                                               her time and talents, she also developed her own Event Planning and
                                               Décor Design Business, www.splashoftash.com, which she closed in
                                               recent years to raise her family. With her experience and expertise, she

                                               is excited to re-activate in Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®
                                               and continue giving back to the community.



                     Soror Tamika Jones




         Dr. Tamika Jones was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee. She
         received her Doctorate degree in the field of Education, respectively,
         from The University of Memphis. Her EdD research was done in the
         areas of Leadership and Policy Studies. Dr. Jones currently teaches
         students with disabilities for Shelby County School in Memphis, TN. Her
         professional interests focus on response to intervention and the
         overrepresentation of African American males identified for special
         education. Finally, she serves as an adjunct professor at Lemoyne Owen
         College in the department of education. Dr. Jones is a member of Alpha
         Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated® and was initiated in 2011 at Beta
         Epsilon Omega Chapter in Memphis, TN.
