you aren’t good at, hire the talent who is an expert in that particular stuff. While working
there were many areas which were my weakness, I can’t learn everything out there in this
world but at least I can get my work done from the expert. This also means you need to
work smarter and not harder.
Believe in Teamwork

You can never be selfish enough to grow alone. The right way is overall growth. You aren’t
octopus with eight hands to do all the tasks alone. Have a team of like minds and share the
tasks among them. Your tasks will be achieved extremely well in timeframe. Good team
always gives you better perspectives while in problems. As H.E. Luccock said “No one can

Management of Money
When you have lots of money, you stop keeping track of expenses. Being an entrepreneur,
it is much needed to keep track on money even when you have nothing. As a beginner you
need money to buy inventory, paying employees, marketing and many other activities. You
need to keep track on a daily basis with buffer of next 3 months. ‘Negotiations’ is the most
important skill you need to build during this journey. Your savings acts an umbrella on
rainy days. Right investment with a little savings keeps your bank balance a good number.
Always wear your Confidence
There is always a time in the life of an entrepreneur when he feels low. On such days,
always remember why you started. Keep track on how you started and where are you now.
Celebrate your little success. This will constantly boost up your confidence. No one doubts
you until you doubt yourself. Your confidence reflects in your personality and helps you
cracking the toughest deal. Never, never, never doubt yourself!
