4. Comparing Numbers

Unit Overview

Children are exposed to and start working with numbers at a young age. As
they learn about numbers, they begin to understand quantitative relationships
and develop their number sense. This unit uses the previous sections as a
foundation to compare numbers and introduces comparison symbols.
Students will use their logical thinking skills as they find numbers that satisfy
the given conditions.

Compare Numbers Guessing the Number
Find the number that satisfies all the conditions.
When comparing numbers, count the number of objects to
compare which number is greater. It is less than 10.
