Have you ever told a friend about a book? You probably didn’t tell him
every detail. You just included the most important parts. This is called a
SUMMARY. Here’s what you should include in a written SUMMARY:
• Title • Characters (people in the story)
• Plot (main events)
• Setting
(where & when it happened)
WARM UP Match the SUMMARY parts with the right ones.
