Floor Finishes Slab sealed with static dissipative coating/sealant.

Double doors with an opening 36” W X 7’ H for
Doors personnel and equipment access. With card reader
access control.

Temperature Range 18º – 24 º C on a 24hr/7-day basis.

Humidity Range 20-55% RH on a 24/7-day basis.

Average 200 Watts/square foot depending on
Electrical Design Load equipment layouts, with provisions for up to 6 KW
point loads at selected racks.

Convenience Power 110VAC quad outlets at 8 feet intervals along walls
and cabinet mounted

Equipment Power Dedicated power panel or distribution units within
room. Emergency power and UPS to be provided.

Fire Suppression Dry pipe pre-action sprinkler system with flush
mounted heads or approved suppression agents for
occupied spaces.

SEC Cable Supports Depends on layout, cabling to console is required
which may be in ladder runway suspended from
ceiling slab at 7.5 feet AFF as required over cabinet
and wall mounted equipment.
Open, basket type cable tray below access floor when
installed.

Grounding Telecom and electrical grounding requirements
apply. Mounted in room as part of the J-TIA-607A
grounding system. Signal reference grounding grid
in raised floor.
