I am honored to be afforded the opportunity to serve as your 50 Area One Virtual Leadership Conference
Chairperson. The excitement is building about this conference due to the learning opportunities, the
camaraderie, and the passing of the leadership gavels that will take place.

The conference committee is looking forward to your participation in the many activities and programmed
events planned throughout the conference keeping in mind our commitment to TLOD goals and the
continued focus on our Area One Theme: TLOD and TTA: Transforming Area One Through Recruitment,
Reclamation, Retention and Recommitment,” and our Area One Conference Theme: “Reinventing
Ourselves to Continue to Provide Outstanding Service to Our Members and Our Communities.”

Thank you to our National Area One Director, Lady Annie L. Mouton for her insight and support throughout
the planning of the conference.

This conference would not be possible without Lady Natasha Goode, Area One Technology Chair. High
accolades to her and the outstanding technology Team for their countless planning and implementation of
our first Virtual Conference. Thank you Lady Lynette Smith, Area One Top Teens Advisor and her team for
their dedication to our #1 Thrust – our Top Teens!

Congratulations Area One, my home area, I know we have all worked hard to make this conference and the
