              The best performing sectors attracting FDI from the Western Cape were food and
              tobacco with 34 projects and R8 billion in capex, followed by software and IT services
              at 29 projects and R3 billion in capex. The sector creating the highest jobs per project
              was real estate at 752 jobs, followed by healthcare at 406 jobs.
