understand how important it is. A teacher who has strong

behavioural management skills. The teacher must be an

inclusive teacher and make sure that all the learners are

accommodated as there are learners with special needs. The

teacher must be a caring teacher, a teacher that cares deeply

about learners. The teachers must try to get to know the

learners and the problems they go through so that they can

help them and help those who are on drugs and those who

come to school drunk as some of them may be trying to escape

               their problems.

An ideal teacher that the school needs a teacher that is able to

get know learners enough to know their abilities, things they

love and things that makes them happy and support them in

doing them. If learners are supported and encouraged to do

things, they love like extra mural activities they can stay away

from harmful things such as drugs and alcohol. The teacher

also needs to be someone who always pays attention to what is

happening in the school. The teacher should always be aware

of the events happening in the school and must have an ability

to always make lessons interesting so that learners can always

pay attention even when they are excited about the events

happening. The teacher must also support these events as that

can make the learners happy and motivate them

An ideal teacher that the school needs is a teacher who is a

motivator, confident, role model and an inspiration. A teacher
