like that is really needed during assembly time and also in the

classes as the children clearly needs more guidance more

motivation and more people they can look up to. The teacher

also needs to be someone who understands the importance of

a school library. Learners hardly go to the library so an ideal

teacher that is needed is the one the encourages learners to go

to the library to read books, do their assignments and more.

An ideal teacher that is needed in the school is a teacher that

pays attention to all the learners in the class and makes sure

that all learners learn. If a learner goes to the toilet for a long

period of time the teacher must have ways to get the learner to

come back to class and not miss out on what is being taught.

For an example the teacher may send a class monitor to fetch

the learner and also try to talk to the learner and understand

what is happening.
