PERFORMANCE
A variety of courses were conducted in 2020 with Level 0 Community Courses and Association Beginner and Level One conducted in Karratha, Wichham, Tom Price and Paraburdoo. Referees from Karratha and Tom Price were upskilled which resulted in them travelling to Perth to take part in the State and Country Chapionships.
PE Development Clinics were also conducted and completed at Karratha Primary Schools and Karratha High School, Roebourne Primary School and High School and Wickham Primary School
PILBARA The Pilbara Performance Program (PPP) was established in the Pilbara region in 2019, the first ever
PERFORMANCE High Performance Program within Pilbara region.
PROGRAM The PPP was aimed at giving Pilbara athletes the opportunity for a pathway into the State Performance
Program (SPP) and Southern Cross Challenge (SCC).
In 2020, 42 athletes were selected in the Karratha, Roebourne, Wickham, Port Hedland and Tom Price areas.
