HOUsing to deliver a new town centre
grOUP office building for the Walsall
Hosuing Group. The new office
OFFicEs headquarters is situated within the
gigaport regeneration area and is
–– helping in the development of a
icOnic nEW WHg OFFicE knowledge of economy within the
–– town. The building is designed to
encourage and facilitate a highly
integrated and flexible workspace
culture; the ‘Atrium Slice’ offers
a dramatic view out and links
departments together.
MKP novated to the contractor in
a design and build contract pot-
planning, whilst retaining a client
side design team. The approach
ensured that quality remained the
highest priority, and the award-
winning project has recieved a
brEEAM Excellent rating.

As a key member of the team, we
produced an efficient solution to a
challenging requirement to include
innovations and prestige.

The project includes rainwater
harvesting, photovoltaics and solar
water heating.
