MKP worked with singapore-
based property developer Heeton
Holdings ltd as part of the
consortium behind the landmark
project, which will create an urban
destination on the 2.45-acre site
formerly occupied by british gas.
The scheme is set in an ideal
location in the city centre, close to
the Victoria gate shopping centre
and the emerging creative quarter.
The construction of the new
14-storey Hampton by Hilton will
be phase 1 and the 192-bed hotel
has an anticipated opening date of
late 2019.
The second phase of the overall
masterplan would provide 780
apartments in five new buildings
ranging from 11 to 41 storeys.
