The highly skilled American and Coalition aircraft pilots left their mark as though it were the
almighty hand of a righteous God wading through the enemy with a terrible swift sword.
Making our way to Kuwait Int’l Airport revealed excruciating evidence of a defeated Iraqi
          Army.

As Delta was celebrating each and every turn of the wheels of the
LAV procession down the streets of Kuwait, 100,000 fleeing Iraqi troops were
meeting their doom on the long road to Basra – later this road would be
dubbed the road of death. At this moment air assets of the United States and
Coalition Forces, not to mention US Army ground troops were making Iraq

history would play out, it took another military action to topple Saddam and
his two sons’ brutal tyranny against his people, his Nation, and the World.

             Kuwait Airport

An hour and a half of rolling in the Delta line, we reached the Kuwait
International Airport. Marines of the First Marine Division were making their
