Steps:
Phase 2
• Say, “Let’s do it again. You all say it would have been better if you could have communicated. So this time we’ll take time to discuss it. You have three minutes to discuss.”
• At the end of three minutes, indicate it is time to start and begin. Same rules: talking or putting foot directly on floor will result in the entire team returning to the starting line.
• If they have not completed the task in less than one minute, suggest they break paradigms and think out of the box.
• After they have finished, again process any learning. Ask them why they stayed in the teams they were in? Why had they not considered working together across teams in order to share their paper?
