PURPOSE
To summarize and acknowledge the major values of the day’s session.
DESCRIPTION
Participants stand in a circle and share, one at a time, what they will “take away with them.”
PARTICIPANTS 8-20
TIME
30 seconds per participant
Steps:
• Participants stand in a circle (no more than 20 in each circle).
• You begin the process by sharing the statement that each will begin with “ The most important thing I learned today was...” Or, “Because of what I learned today, I will do the following differently.....” (complete it for yourself -- trainer’s always learn too!)
• Each participant then makes the statement and finishes the sentence for himself or herself.
• End with a statement from you thanking them for their participation and enthusiasm.
