EXERCISE | How healthy is your self-esteem?
Now it’s time to see how healthy your self-esteem is at the moment. Only you will see the results,
so please don’t be afraid to be completely honest with yourself. Once you have identified
where you are, you will be able to determine where you want to be and how to get there.
The following test is a simple assessment of your levels of self esteem at this moment. From the
statements, score yourself with the number that is most true for you on the following basis:
