gal, pail High Gloss, Build Residential OMU Finish
Legacy is a premium polyurethane wood finish, formulated from a
combination of pure oil-modified polyurethane resin, stoddard solvents,
and drying and leveling agents for use as a high gloos finish on all
interior wood surfaces in residential and commercial flooring
applications.

Legacy flows on easily, builds rapidly and exhibits superior leveling characteristics. Under normal conditions, Legacy dries
at room temperature in approximately 5-7 hours to a hard, glossy film, which provides excellent resistance to abrasion,
wearing, and chemicals. Ideal for the contractor who desires outstanding results with fewer coats.
Legacy complies with current Federal 450 Gram/Liter VOC emissions regulations. Legacy may also be applied in areas
subject to California Air Resources Board (CARB) and the northeast U.S. Ozone Transport Commission’s (OTC) regulations
when purchased in quart (32 fluid ounce/.95 liter) containers.

Heritage is formulated with the same superior quality polyurethane resins as Perma's
Center Court, with the addition of flattening agents to produce a warm semi-gloss
finish. Heritage's high solids content provides rapid build, creating a high durability
finish that is very scratch and wear resistant. Heritage complies with the Federal 450
gram/liter VOC emissions regulations.

Based on the same superior formulation as our clear polyurethane coating, but with a
premium grade flattening agent added to produce the uniform, satin finish which is
so popular in many residential and furniture finishing applications. For use as a
sealer and finish on all interior wood surfaces, Tradition is easy to handle and exhibits
superior leveling characteristics. Tradition complies with the Federal 450 gram/liter
VOC emissions regulations.

Waterless Cleaner is a solvent-based cleaner for wood surfaces. Waterless Cleaner does a great job when used to tack,
clean flooring surfaces before applying polyurethanes or solvent-based finishes. Waterless Cleaner may also be used as a
dust mop treatment of wood and concrete surfaces. Waterless Cleaner is excellent at dissolving oils, grease, hydraulic
fluid, and removing black heel and tire marks. Waterless Cleaner reduces the chances for darkening and raised grain on
wood floors, which can happen with water-based cleaners.
