3.10 All exhibits, equipment or materials must be moved out of the Service Area and
the Shopping Complex within designated dismantling period. Royal Paragon Hall
reserves the right to dispose the remaining items later than 24 hours from the date and
time shown in service agreement. Any cost occurred will be charged to the Exhibitor.
Disposal cost is at 5,000 Baht / 6-wheel truck (Subject to 7%VAT).
3.11 The Exhibitor shall provide safety equipment to ensure maximum security for all
employees working in high area.
4 Use of Facilities
4.1 Use of the Royal Paragon Hall facilities and its properties must be permitted by the
Organizer.
4.2 Water supply and drainage can be accessed from specific locations within Paragon Hall
2 and 3. Installation of hose is taken responsibility by the Official Contractor. The Official
Contractor will install grease trap tank with drainage hose under no circumstances
disposal of chemicals is not allowed into Service Area drainage system.
4.3 Public access to electrical supplies is not allowed during show days.
4.4 Vehicles with height over 2.10 meters are not allowed to access the Loading Ramp.
4.5 Freight height over 2.80 meters and weight of over 10 tons or 10,000 kilograms are not
allowed to access the building
4.6 Freight weight over 2.50 tons or 2,500 kilograms is not allowed to access the Freight Lift,
(width 2.00 m x length 3.00 m. x height 2.30 m.). The Cargo Lift (width 3.00 m. x length
10.00 m. x height 2.80 m.) has a loading capacity of 10 tons or 10,000 kilograms.
