10. Miscellaneous
10.1 The Organizer must be informed of the appointed photographer(s) of the event.

Photographers must wear badges at all times while recording photos.
10.2 First Aid Service arrangement is compulsory during the event. Please see attached floor
plan for The First Aid Service location.

10.3 Animals are not allowed inside the Royal Paragon Hall premises.
10.4 Fighting, body attacks or any other illegal behaviors in the working area are prohibited.

10.5 Urinating or leaving any wastes on the floor/wall of the building, or anywhere outside
the toilets are prohibited.
10.6 Supermarket trolley is not allowed inside Royal Paragon Hall. A 2,000 Baht fine will be

applied accordingly.
10.7 For exhibitors with food and beverage display, plastic sheet or similar material must be
laid on the floor to protect the carpet. Charges will be applied for any damage to facilities.

11. Copyright and Compliance with Law

11.1 The Exhibitor guarantees that the products sold in the Event shall not breach any

intellectual property right or other rights held by any third party.
11.2 The Exhibitor guarantees that all taxes, duties, customs duties, tariffs, excises, fees and
government charges related to the products sold in the Event are duly paid pursuant to

all applicable laws.
11.3 The Exhibitor acknowledges and agrees that the Organizer shall not be responsible or

liable for any damages or expenses in all respects arising from the claim of such
aforementioned breach.
