8 Security
8.1 Appointed Contractors, Exhibitors’ staff working inside Royal Paragon Hall must wear
proper uniform and badges at all times.
8.2 The fire hose cabinets, fire exits and public accesses must remain clear of any
obstruction at all times.
8.3 Royal Paragon Hall has 24 hour security personnel conducting regular patrol of the
public areas. For additional security requirement such as booth security, please refer to
“Security Service Order Form.”
8.4 CCTV Security Cameras are installed in Hall 1,2 and 3.

9. Cleaning
9.1 Royal Paragon Hall provides cleaning of the general public areas (not including
the Service Area). For additional cleaning requirement such as booth cleaning,
please refer to “Cleaning Service Order Form.”
9.2 The Contractors / Exhibitors are responsible for disposal and removal of construction
waste materials and substances from the exhibitors’ booths to the gangway after
the show period. Royal Paragon Hall will provide general cleaning in public area only.
Access in the exhibitor’s booth is prohibited due to safety precautions.
