5. Cooking
In the exhibition hall, the use of gas cooking equipment and/or gas canisters is strictly
prohibited. However, the use of smokeless electric cooking, heating or food warming equipment

and microwave is permitted in the exhibition hall. Please contact the Organizer in advance for
further suggestions.

6. Promoting during the show
Exhibitors are requested not to place stickers, signs, or posters anywhere in the halls other than

within their own stand and on paid advertising poster sites and billboards. Likewise, exhibitors’
representatives must not distribute brochures, invitations, etc. along the gangway nor near

the entrances /exits. This is unfair to other exhibitors and may disturb our visitors.

7. Safety Precaution

7.1 The Royal Paragon Hall is a non-smoking venue. Smoking is not allowed anywhere
inside Siam Paragon Shopping Center.
7.2 In the event that cooking is a part of main activities, only electrical appliances are

allowed. The use of LPG within the Service Area is strictly prohibited.
7.3 The use of helium filled balloon must be approved by the Organizer.
7.4 Special effects that may create heat or smoke must be approved by the Organizer

at least seven (7) days prior to the event date to ensure safe and appropriate alarm
planning and security.

7.5 It is prohibited to wire across any entrance, if necessary; electricity wire must be covered
with proper materials.
7.6 Electricity wiring, leaving construction materials or equipment that obstructs fire host

cabinets, fire exits and entrances of the building is strictly prohibited.
7.7 Fire exits must be used for emergency only; they should not be used for any other
purposes.

7.8 Carrying weapons, knives, explosives or radioactive materials or any harmful materials
in the Royal Paragon Hall is prohibited, except for exhibit purpose.
