going to retire at the end of February 2018. Clouse Photo, now at 4049 Petrolia Line, Petrolia, his home; will be no more. Clouse photo started commercially at this house back in June 1989. The house is the last house in the west end commercial zone of Petrolia at the corner of West Street. The photography shop ran in the downtown area for over 23 years, processing lm, selling cameras and photographic equipment. Doing Commercial, Industrial, Family & Business Photography. Specializing in Passport and other I.D. photos. We were the rst photography store in the area to offer digital cameras and digital prints. Our Fuji printer was the rst one of its kind in Canada, the second one went to the C.N. Tower in Toronto. We did custom framing and also sell ready-made frames as well. In our location now we have expanded the custom framing and matting services; as the only framing place in Petrolia and do a thriving business. We still offer most of the services that were offered in our downtown location and the passport photography continues to ourish.
including computers, computer programs, printers, lights, backdrops, and the framing/ matting cutter along with his inventory. It is a good business with many loyal customers and would be a good turn-key operation for a photographer. There is about $100,000 worth being offered for $35,000. He has posted a business for sale sign on a board facing Petrolia Line in hopes that a local photographer will be interested, especially at this price. The store is open most Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays from 9:30am-5:30pm and Saturdays 9:30am-noon. If interested call 519-882-3979 or email hugh@clousephoto.com

It’s now time to nish the occupations and look toward the future. Hugh thanks his past and continuous customer base and hopes to see them all before the shop closes.
