Check Steps:

01. Check Reset signal PH_RESETnA by scope.
02. Check Data bus PH_DD [0:15] impedance by multimeter
03. Check the impedance of control signals.

02. Check the clock of RX1 25MHz
03. Check open/short of PCI-Express bus between CHIP to SB (MIDE_IP/ IN,
