5.4.3 Post 2D Repair

01. Post code 2D.
02. PCI-E bus signal EXP_A_TXN3 impedance over high.
03. U2 BGA P4M900 open and swap ok.
Signal Explanation:
EXP_A_TXN3 PCI-E output negative signal. The PCI-E X16 bus includes 16 sets

signals, 4 kind lines: In/Out and Positive/ Negative.
Repairing Notes:
Because of the requirement of PCI-E signal, all data must bypass a 0.1U Capacitor. For

this reason, graphic card must be plugged first before measuring the impedance on both
side of capacitor.
