Business Professionalism 101
Primary Competency Categories:
Many organizations express dismay over their team members’ lack of basic, acceptable business etiquette and manners. This is often due to people being promoted into executive or other positions where they must represent the organization in a socially acceptable way. In many cases, they have never learned proper business manners.
The important message is that good manners are about making other peo- ple feel comfortable and being confident in a business or social setting rep- resenting your organization.
At the completion of this module, participants will be able to:
Understand the role of good manners in business
Learn guidelines for interacting comfortably in business and
social situations
Develop more confidence in your business professionalism

Change Engagement
Primary Competency Categories:
There are specific challenges that occur when you engage in organizational change. In order to meet these challenges, you need to be creative, energetic, and flexible. In this module you analyze those challenges of change engagement and the ways they impact your team personally and professionally. You learn a model for organizational change, and determine your role in mov- ing the organization through the change model successfully.
At the completion of this module, participants will be able to:

Commit to principles for engaging change
Take a creative and energetic approach to engaging change
