INTRODUCTION

The process of teaching practice introduces one into a school context
and diverse teacher traits. In this discussion, the group exchange

ideas, perspective, views and encounters on the school context that
we find ourselves in. The concept of school context refers to the

situation in which teaching, and learning takes place, it includes the
school structure, roles, processes, and opportunities that are linked

to learners’ academic, social, physical and emotional development.
Furthermore, the purpose of this discussion is to describe the school

context and ideal teacher that this school would need for further
development. Moreover, it pays more attention on the classroom

context, different stakeholders in this case: staff members, school
culture, school management, accessibility to resources, the school

environment, and the surrounding community as aspects that
describes the context of the school in which we find ourselves in.
