               Lesson Begins: MM introduces the word, song & instrument of the week


                              Word: rhyme – words that sound the same
                              Song: “Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star”
                              Instrument: rhythm sticks & clave

               Warm-Up:

                   •  Frankie Dance: rock spine back-forth, side-side, fold at the waist to stretch
                       out back, roll up slow
                       o  Upper Body: figure eights, wave, swim, back stroke
                       o  Lower Body: hug a tree, high knees, little kicks, heel touches, toe
                          touches, crisscross jumps, Big X
                   •  Rattle Snake & Wash Windows
                   •  Vocal Warm-Up: speak, whisper, shout, sing; sigh high-low
                   •  Calm Body
