                 Qigong is a self care program designed to assist you in healing your
                  body, de-stressing your life and giving you tools to bring clarity and
                  harmony into your life. Qigong is an ancient practice that has been
                  practiced for over 4000 years. It works with your meridian lines that

                 carry your energy throughout the body. Using your breath to cultivate
                energy and move it through these meridian lines, opens the pathway,
                                relieves the pain, and allows the body to heal.

                 As the COVID-19 pandemic continues, many stay at home and work

                  from home to protect themselves and their communities. However,
                the home is not always the happiest place for those who have difficult
                  relationships with partners and prolonged time spent together may
                  lead to escalation of conflicts. Even couples who had relatively har-

                 monious relationships in pre-COVID times report serious challenges
                                                   and file divorces.
