Cooking for Healing
























        Mediterranean Salmon

         This is a nutrient rich salmon bowl will have you feeling light and healthy,
                                   yet full and satisfied at the same time!


        Ingredients                                            with coconut oil over medium to medium
        8 oz salmon filet                                      heat. Once hot, cook the salmon for 7-10
