      nutrition are important parts of looking and feeling
      better. Take that knowledge to the next level with
      Forever    BEGINNER 2.


      If you haven’t already, make sure you record your
      weight and measurements on page 7 and take
      progress photos to track your results. Review
      your goals and focus on what you’ll need to do
      during the Forever    BEGINNER 2 program to
      get there.
