Pleasant Grove/Kleberg
The area outlined in Figure 9 includes parts of 75217, 75227, 75241, and 75216. This includes
City Council Districts 5, 7, and 8. The current zoning for the area is a lot of agricultural zoning in
the Kleberg area (light green), some industrial and commercial (red and yellow) along the
highway corridors, and a lot of residential (green) in Pleasant Grove (Figure 9). There were 35
industrial sites investigated in this study area.
