South East Oak Cliff
The area outlined in Figure 8 includes parts of 75216, 75203, 75224, and 75241. This includes
City Council Districts 4, 3, and 8. The current zoning for the area is a mix of industrial (red)
along the Trinity River corridor area, some agriculturally zoned areas (light green) in the
southwest corner of the area, and a lot of residential (green) (Figure 8). There were 75 industrial
sites investigated in Southeast Oak Cliff.
