Figure 5. The figures above are some of the pockets of residential use areas that do not have the
               correct residential zoning. Some are in South Oak Cliff and some in West Dallas, which puts
               each in a compromised position to prevent heavy industry or other inappropriate uses operating
               by right in their communities.

               South Dallas

               The area outlined in Figure 6 includes parts of 75215, 75223, 75210, 75207, and 75202. This
               overlaps with City Council Districts 2, 5, and 7. The current zoning for the area (Figure 6) is a
               mix of planned development districts (yellow), residential (green), and industrial (red). This is a
               little misleading visually because 72% of the industry is located in the PDD (yellow) areas.
               There were 44 sites investigated in South Dallas.
