West Dallas
The area outlined in Figure 7 includes parts of 75212 and 75208. This includes City Council
District 6. The current zoning for the area is a mix of industrial (red) south of Singleton
Boulevard and some planned development districts (yellow) north of Singleton. In addition,
clusters of residentially zoned areas (green) throughout (Figure 7). There were 56 industrial sites
investigated in West Dallas.
