• A key strength of the Victorian office is our onsite NO. OF EXPOS AND EVENTS 17
relationship management on trades. This is particularly
important given the need to engage pre-qualified
starters in the industry, either through the Work Ready
Program or via Industry assisted opportunities.
Furthermore ABBTF is able to maximise successful
outcomes utilising an improved Wages Support
Process and “Turn Key” service options through
available resources and expert content information. NCVER DATA - VIC
• Fuelling early participation is our representation with
select schools and Job Active Providers. Criteria and
benchmarks are set to ensure that only the best
candidates are sourced via these important talent pools

with mentoring and stakeholder support. NCVER data to March 2018
• Efforts where also made to update and improve the NO. OF ROLLING VACANCIES 49

database. This is important for various reasons
including the need to maximise quality of information
flow and role data into the new CRM when it comes on NO. OF SUPERVISORS COURSES 1
