                                                OFFICE OPERATIONS

                  A. HOURS

Regular Hours. Regular office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through
Friday with one hour for lunch (usually noon to 1:00 p.m.). All employees should
expect working hours to be adjusted from time to time to meet critical deadlines. All
full-time personnel are expected to work a 40-hour week and to be at work on time.
Exempt personnel are expected to work the hours required to complete assignments
                         in a professional manner.

Alternate Work Schedule. Under certain conditions, employees may request work an
alternate schedule from the Regular Hours identified above. The alternate work
                         schedule hours are 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 8:00 a.m.
to 12:00 p.m. Friday. This schedule is not available in certain support positions
because of the need to staff such positions during normal business hours.

A request form to work the alternate schedule can be obtained from the Human
Resources Department, and must be completed and submitted to your Department
Supervisor. An employee is permitted to change work schedules a maximum of two
times per year unless otherwise authorized.

Overtime. From time to time, employees may be required to work overtime. When
possible, Molzen Corbin will provide advanced notice so scheduling conflicts may
be avoided but all employees should expect some schedule adjustments in accord
with the nature of the services Molzen Corbin provides. (See Section IV, “Overtime
                         Pay”)

Tardiness and Absenteeism. Attendance and punctuality are important factors in
conducting our daily operations. The efficient flow of work and meeting our schedule
deadlines is crucial to our reputation and profitability. Therefore, regular attendance
and timeliness is expected and important to employee success at Molzen Corbin.

Whenever it is necessary for an employee to be absent from work for illness or some
other urgent reason, the employee is required to contact the Department Supervisor
as early as practical the morning of the absence. Employees who will be absent must
also notify the Receptionist so s/he may sign employees out and others will know of
employee availability. Notifying the Receptionist does not take the place of
                         personally notifying a Supervisor.
